Did you know Vicar Water Models was named as such to allow the
club to diversify into other branches of modelling as opposed to
model boats only. Interest is now being shown by some members in
model plane & model helicopter indoor flying. During the long
& cold winter months sailing on the ponds has been minimal, &
indoor flying is seen as a fill in until the warmer weather arrives.
Be assured this extra interest will in no way affect the primary
club activity of building & sailing model boats including the
program of events for 2008.
